At JustAnswer, we launched a product that allowed Experts to auto-send custom content to customers to remind them to do things, like take care of their car, after they've received help from the Expert.​

I was tasked with coming up with the UI for the Experts to input all of the information. I created the wireframes using Balsamic. Initially, Experts were not writing detailed enough descriptions. So we iterated on the product and I also added help text and tips to help encourage them to be more detailed. 

Ultimately, Experts who sent a care plan increased repeat questions from customers by 16% which was good for Experts and for our business.
